Enough Already!

So this year has been crazy with all of the snow, all of the germs and all of the cold weather.  It has been such a cold winter with a lot of snow and a lot of sickness going around.
Enough already!  WE WANT SPRING!!

Valentine's Day 2013

Valentine's Day was good to the Fetzer's this year!  Lawson made Valentine's for his cousins and a couple of neighbors.  He practiced writing his name on all of them so that was fun too.  He had a ball secretly delivering them to all of the houses.
Jake was going to cook us dinner, but work went a lot longer than he had expected.  I finally fed the kiddos around 7 and then after a text from Jake that said he would still be awhile I put our dinner in the oven.  I finally picked Jake up just after 9.  We had a quiet evening without the kids since it was already so late.  Lawson and Ava got a little Valentine gift from us before bed and that was about it.  It was a fun time, low key and relaxing.  Perfect!

Happy Valentine's day to my two little Valentine's!

Happy Valentine's Day to this Stud!

And a Happy Valentine's Day to all of you from the Fetzer's!

4 Years Old

So Lawson had his 4th birthday in January...Can't believe this fun and energetic boy is already 4!  We had pizza for his birthday and cake for dessert.  We also celebrated with my side because their are 2 other birthdays in January (mine and Zach's).  We had cake and ice cream and gifts at my parents. His Aunts and Uncles and Grandparents are also so thoughtful with the gifts.  Laws loves the gifts, but really just enjoys anytime he gets to spend with them.  Thanks guys, we love you!
I attempted a Mario cake.  Nothing too fancy, I am not that talented.  I did put some Mario toys on it so that made it great to Lawson.
Lawson gets so excited for birthdays and holidays.  It is a lot of fun.

It was also my month for Playgroup with the Fetzer cousins and Amy was nice enough help us organize a little playgroup party at The Little Gym.  Boy did the kiddos have fun!
We ended the playtime with Mario cupcakes!
Thanks Aunt Amy for making it so fun!!

Lawson loves Scooby doo, Mario and the Avengers.  His favorite colors are green and blue.  His favorite food is mac'n cheese and pizza.  He loves to sing and especially loves learning holiday songs.  He is really into coloring right now and can write his name.  He is also doing really well with his numbers and with all of the letters sounds.  He is growing up so fast!  We love him and are so proud of him!

Missionaries!

Nathan and Landon (Jake's brothers who are twins) just received their mission calls to  Honduras.  One around the ocean area and another in the amazon area.  They are both doing great in the MTC and we are so proud of them.  We love them and wish them the very best the next two years!  We are especially excited to have missionaries to write to, Lawson especially!

We have a Sunbeam and 10 month-old!

Guess Who is in Sunbeams....

First Day of Sunbeams

This girl is growing up too fast!

Lawson started Sunbeams at the first of the year and just loves it!  The second week he was already giving a talk in Sunbeams and he rocked it!  He memorized a lot of it and at the end when Jake and I were leaving he ran up to us and asked where his candy was in front of the whole primary.  Awesome!  So we told him he could have a treat if he did a good job and didn't act silly, nothing wrong with that, right?!

As for Ava she is growing up so fast.  She does the Mama and Dada thing along with a few other sounds and is making her way around everything.  She is pretty petite, loves to give hugs and kisses and is full of smiles!

We love both of these kiddos so much and are so glad to be blessed with such a happy and healthy family!
