So our family did a lot of fun things during this Christmas Season. I will post pictures and write a little bit about some of them below. We took Laws and Ava on a drive to Christmas Street, which we used to do when I was young, and he loved it. It was a fun time.
Christmas Eve we hung out. Jake finished some shopping and I got things ready for the next day. We finished all of the wrapping and other things by midnight or so. Before Lawson and Ava went to bed they got to open a present. PJ's and a Christmas book to read before bed. It was a fun time!
As for Christmas Day we did our usual. We got up and opened presents. Santa filled our stockings well. Then we opened all the presents under the tree. Lawson had so much fun and loved every minute of it. Ava loved the paper! We went to the Fetzer side for German Breakfast and mingled a little bit there. Then we headed to the Clift's for lunch. We had a great time there and also did our gift exchange. Then we headed back to the Fetzer's for dinner. We had a great time and enjoyed all the time we were
able to spend with our families!
New Year's Eve we spent a few hours with some of the Fetzer's and Grandma and Grandpa Cooper over at the ward with some yummy goodies, games and the movie UP. We had a good time interacting with everyone as usual and found out Grandpa had some mad beginner skills at UNO!
We spent a wonderful holiday together and enjoyed the holiday snow...but are ready for spring anytime!!
